As the Cybersecurity Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing vulnerability management and security operations. You will work closely with various teams to align cybersecurity initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring that security controls are effective, compliant, and continuously evolving to meet emerging threats.
Vulnerability Management:
- Lead the development and execution of vulnerability management strategies.
- Oversee processes for identifying, assessing, and reporting security vulnerabilities efficiently.
- Proactively investigate and address potential weak spots across the system landscape.
Security Operations Management:
- Govern and optimize security technologies and processes to maintain robust cybersecurity defenses.
- Ensure the proper implementation of security controls that align with the organization's risk appetite.
- Enhance security operations and continuously improve defense mechanisms against cyber threats.
Compliance and Risk Assurance:
- Define and implement security requirements for platforms, products, and solutions.
- Conduct regular assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies.
- Lead security audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes to address vulnerabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams across Digital, Information Security, Risk, and Compliance to align cybersecurity initiatives.
- Educate stakeholders on cybersecurity best practices, creating awareness at all levels.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring they meet the organization’s security standards.
Incident Management:
- Support the identification and response to security incidents, providing expertise throughout all phases.
- Drive continuous improvement of incident response protocols and mitigation strategies.
- Strong experience in vulnerability management, security operations, and risk management.
- Proficiency in implementing and managing security control frameworks.
- Ability to assess emerging cybersecurity threats and propose solutions.
- Experience in working within hybrid environments (on-premise, cloud, XaaS).
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and industry standards related to cybersecurity.
