QA Engineer with Salesforce OMS Experience

Location: Eastern Europe — Ukraine, Bulgaria, or Slovakia

Pay: $15 per hour (40-hour working week)

About the Role

Digital Skills are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce Order Management System (SF OMS) to support testing and quality assurance activities for a short-term engagement. The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in software testing methodologies, hands-on testing practices, and collaboration in distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and develop detailed test cases and test plans
• Execute manual and automated test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
• Prepare and communicate test reports and results
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent product quality
• Conduct and validate 3rd-party integration testing

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in software testing
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Salesforce OMS (SF OMS)
• Strong understanding of testing principles and QA methodologies
• Experience with test case design, execution, and results reporting
• Experience testing web-based applications or e-commerce platforms
• Experience with testing tools such as POSTman, FileZilla, JMeter, PICT, or xMind
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON
• Proficiency with bug tracking systems (creation and verification of defects)
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience with SoapUI (service testing, load testing, Groovy scripting)
• Intermediate English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity with performance, load, and security testing
• Experience in 3rd-party integration testing
