Experience- 12–18 months
Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the engagement, ensuring timely and compliant delivery across content and expert-led initiatives. Acts as the central point of contact between internal teams, external experts, and the client.
• Manage expert onboarding, NDAs, and contracting documentation.
• Maintain and track project calendars and milestones.
• Facilitate client updates, weekly reports, and internal review cycles.
• Coordinate with creative, production, and compliance teams for on-time output.
Prior exposure to healthcare, digital content, or brand communication projects.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of content workflows and approval systems.
