We've expanded from offering just massage to a full range of beauty treatments - as well as medical services like physiotherapy consultations and osteopathy.

We operate across most major cities in the UK and Paris, we've partnered with world-class brands in the health and beauty space and we've delivered over 1 million treatments.

The role: What you'll do

Data Quality

  • Actively develop and maintain the Data Pipeline including any bug fixes or adapting the pipeline to upstream changes, ensuring quality of data availability and integrity
  • Provide support on our existing Looker's code base in LookML.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data infrastructure and data flows.
  • Work with third party providers for data access and transmission

Supply and Operations Analysis:

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations team, providing deep analytical insights into the pros' performance, and availability to increase operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain advanced reports and dashboards using Looker and other data tools as required

Marketing and Customer Insights:

  • Lead consumer segmentation and persona analysis to uncover high-value user cohorts, identifying trends and opportunities to maximise customer engagement and retention
  • Drive churn analysis and collaborate with retention teams to support strategies aimed at improving customer lifetime value
  • Leverage Looker and other tools to generate topline revenue reports and provide timely, actionable insights to support strategic decision making

Collaboration:

  • Act as the internal data champion, partnering with key stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of self serve dashboards and reporting tools that empower teams
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members, providing technical and analytical support to elevate the team's capabilities

Requirements

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Highly independent, able to critique requirements from internal and external stakeholders before determining the best course of action
  • Have a strong understanding of data security and governance.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Expert in SQL, Lookml, GCP/Big Query and demonstrable experience coding in Looker, or similar BI tools
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and data architecture principles
  • Experience with dbt framework and its setup is a plus.
