Are you a UI/UX designer with 5+ years of experience ready to use your skills for social change?

What are we looking for?

Minimum 5 years of UI/UX design experience
Strong portfolio in mobile-first, responsive, and accessible design
Passion for human rights, justice reform, and ethical tech
Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow, or similar platforms
Ability to work collaboratively with developers, campaigners, and creatives
Minimum 8 hours a week

What will you be doing?

You’ll be working on The View’s digital app, a dynamic hub that integrates

🎙️Podcast streaming and live updates from our justice reform campaigns
📱Social media integration for real-time engagement
📚Back issue archives covering criminal justice, human rights, and survivor-led storytelling
🧠User-centered design solutions that prioritize accessibility, dignity, and impact
