Ai Engineer - FinTech - Hybrid Working

We’re partnering with a forward-thinking tech company that’s investing heavily in artificial intelligence and looking to hire a skilled AI Engineer to join their growing team.

You’ll play a key role in designing and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that will help shape how the organisation uses data and automation at scale.

What’s on offer:

• £60,000 – £80,000 (flexible for the right person)
• Hybrid working – ideally 2 days a week onsite in Birmingham
• Remote with monthly visits considered for exceptional candidates

What we’re looking for:

• BSc in Computer Science, Computing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in machine learning model development and deployment
• Strong understanding of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud environments
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
