Project Manager (Technology & Transformation) – Fixed-Term (13 Months)
Salary: £48,500
Contract Type: Fixed-term, full-time (35 hours per week; compressed hours possible)
Location: Primarily home-based, with attendance at the London office required once per month
Role Overview
The Project Manager (Technology & Transformation) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation is operationally and technologically ready to deliver at scale, supporting a major national rollout and leading the development and coordination of the annual operational plan. The role will oversee a range of cross-functional projects that strengthen organisational readiness, standardise business processes, and enhance systems and technology to enable efficient and effective delivery.

- Ability to influence, negotiate, mediate, and persuade in challenging circumstances.
- Ability to perform in a constantly changing and demanding environment.

Knowledge and Experience
- Understanding and experience of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with a wide range of senior stakeholders to bring about change.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- Experience delivering change management programmes with significant organisational impact.
- Experience with project management software applications.
- Understanding of data management principles and technologies (desirable).
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems (desirable).
