About The Role And The Team

We are responsible for developing and maintaining a robust backend engine that collects data from multiple sources within Adform, processes and aggregates it, and delivers it to consumers with maximum efficiency. This requires overcoming challenges such as ensuring high system availability, maintaining low latency, preserving data integrity, and scaling to meet demand as the platform grows.

As a .NET Software Engineer, along with other team members, you will be responsible for building new products and features as well as maintaining, monitoring, and upgrading the existing Adform platform. You will be part of a key team driving Adform products, ensuring performance and reliability. Collaborating in a global Agile team, you’ll work alongside top engineers, product managers, and leaders across multiple locations.

Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain products and services
Build scalable high-load systems
Initiate and handle technical designs and complex application features
Work closely with other teams to identify and manage interdependencies
Optimize the efficiency of development workflows
Work closely with and incorporate feedback from product management, client support teams, and IT engineers
Apply best practices defined by functional areas such as Architecture, Quality, Security, Product Management, and Project Management
Work with the following technologies: .NET 6/8, Typescript, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ

Attitude First. Everything else will follow. We can grow together faster if you have:

2+ years of experience in software development with .NET
Solid understanding of high availability and high-performance systems
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Proficiency in developing and consuming APIs
Hands-on experience with continuous integration, Git, unit testing, monitoring and logging
Knowledge of software design patterns
Experience with Agile development methodologies, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and coding for automated testing
Strong English communication skills at an upper-intermediate level or higher

Stand out by having:

Experience building solutions using microservices architecture principles
Familiarity with .NET 6/7/8
Strong understanding of algorithms
Knowledge of VM provisioning tools such as Puppet, Terraform, or Ansible
Experience with container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
Familiarity with messaging infrastructure (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka)
