We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced developer with strong Frontend experience, who is keen to contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment.

Role & responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers to design, develop, and implement scalable and robust systems.
• Lead the development of new features, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend using technologies via GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Build and enhance frontend applications using React, TypeScript and Redux, delivering elegant and high-performance user experiences.
• Architect, build, and enhance backend data collection and processing using technologies such as PostgreSQL, GraphQL, Hasura, and AWS.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize complex backend issues, ensuring high performance and reliability across all environments.
• Write maintainable, well-documented, and clean code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Actively participate in and lead code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
• Participate in agile development processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and contributing to their professional growth.
• Consistently research and apply new backend development technologies and techniques to enhance our platform.

Experience:

• Must be a degree holder in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fullstack with a strong focus on frontend.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Java, Go, Python, Ruby).
• Experience with AI technologies and a passion for AI-driven product integration.
• Experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, with a strong agile mindset.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptional at taking a project from conception to implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills (must have strong written and verbal English).
• Eager to learn, take on new challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
• Passionate about delivering impactful results and contributing to a high-performing team.

The role is full-time, hybrid (with 2-3 days in office per week to allow for team collaboration).
