Hello! We are OQTACORE — a Swiss IT company specializing in Web2, Web3, and mobile development. We work with the latest tech stacks and love tackling complex challenges.


We are currently looking for a Regional CEO in the USA to lead our market expansion, drive revenue growth, and establish the company’s local presence. This role combines strategic leadership and hands-on sales: from building and closing key client relationships to setting up regional operations and partnerships that ensure long-term growth and stability.


Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business growth. Identify, approach, and close new clients in the U.S.- from first contact to signed contract.
  • Build partnerships. Develop relationships with companies, startups, and venture funds; represent the company at conferences and industry events.
  • Grow brand presence. Position the company as a trusted technology partner in Web2, Web3, AI, and enterprise software development.
  • Collaborate with HQ. Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape proposals and launch pilot projects.
  • Manage profitability. Oversee revenue, margin, and reporting; improve project economics and regional performance.


Requirements

  • 5+ years in software/integrations (Web3/AI/fintech/enterprise), with at least 2+ years in presales/technical sales/solutions
  • Successful track record in closing high-value deals ($100K+).
  • Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycle and ability to communicate with tech teams and clients effectively.
  • Experience building or managing regional sales operations in the U.S. market.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude, and ability to work independently at early stage.
  • Existing network within U.S. startup, venture, or tech communities.
  • Experience selling tech solutions to C-level executives or enterprise clients.


We Offer

  • Format: Remote, with travel across the USA [~30-50%]
  • Compensation: Base salary + bonus/commission from GP/revenue model 10%; budget for events/roadshows/materials
  • Resources: Presales engineers, design/marketing, legal/finance
  • Reporting to: CEO/Head of Sales
  • Probation period: 1 month
