AI + Cloud Engineer – Generative AI & AWS

Synechron is seeking a highly skilled AI + Cloud Engineer to lead the design and deployment of Generative AI solutions within enterprise-scale banking environments. This role demands deep technical expertise in Python, AWS, and modern AI frameworks, with a strong emphasis on security, observability, and compliance.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver production-grade Generative AI solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and observability.
• Design and deploy agent-based architectures and multi-agent orchestration for intelligent automation.
• Build full-stack applications using Python, ensuring robust unit and regression testing.
• Lead integration of AI models into cloud-native environments using AWS services such as EKS, ECS, Bedrock, and SageMaker.
• Apply advanced techniques in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and semantic reasoning.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI deployments.
• Ensure alignment with AI governance, ethical frameworks, and security guardrails.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology to define use cases and deliver impactful solutions.
• Contribute to banking-specific AI applications such as fraud detection, customer personalization, and conversational AI.

📚 Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and full-stack development.
• Hands-on expertise with the following AI tech stack:
• AWS Cloud, EKS / ECS, Bedrock, SageMaker
• Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph
• HuggingFace and other model hosting platforms
• Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native deployment practices.
• Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
• Prior experience in banking or financial services environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
