Do you have a passion for people? We have an excellent opportunity to join our fun, friendly and supportive Talent Acquisition team working with one of the worlds leading FMCG brands – Coca Cola Europacific Partners! We are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, and with this role comes an exciting career development path and opportunity to learn from our experienced TA team.

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our recruitment engine running smoothly. From posting job ads and scheduling interviews to coordinating background checks and onboarding logistics, you’ll help ensure a fast, accurate, and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and takes pride in creating order and calm behind the scenes.

What will you be doing?

  • Champion the candidate experience
  • Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment administration across multiple roles and portfolios.
  • Post advertisements across internal and external platforms (Seek, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and facilitate pre-employment checks.
  • Maintain accurate data and updates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and uphold an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Support TA projects such as assessment centres, graduate campaigns, and employer branding events.
  • Partner with the team to identify and drive process improvements in how we recruit and onboard talent.

You’re someone who loves to help others succeed. You bring structure, warmth, and reliability to everything you do.

You’ll also have:

  • Experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in recruitment, HR, or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Comfort using systems, tracking updates, and maintaining documentation with accuracy.
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset – you see roadblocks as opportunities to improve.
