ERP Junior Project Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on ERP Junior Project Manager to help deliver a Finance & Operations ERP system for a mid-sized Australian food manufacturer. This is a mid-level, delivery-focused role.

Ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the work, collaborating with finance, supply chain, and production teams onsite to make process improvements stick.

You Will:

• Coordinate project activities across finance and manufacturing functions
• Manage timelines, deliverables, testing, and vendor interactions
• Work directly with users and site staff to embed new processes
• Solve practical issues and keep the project moving with limited resources

About You:

• 5–10 years’ experience in ERP implementation or business systems delivery
• Experience in manufacturing, or operational industries
• Hands-on delivery mindset (comfortable working in the detail)
• Experience with D365, NetSuite, Pronto, Epicor, or similar ERP systems
• Based in Brisbane and able to work onsite 2–3 days weekly
