The Role: Construction Manager

• Location: Brisbane metro area
• Reporting to: General Manager
• Team Oversight: Lead and support 5-6 Building Supervisors managing approx 70-80 residential builds per year

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent residential builds whilst overseeing site-based supervisors
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Supervisors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
• Monitor site performance across builds, ensuring budgets, timelines, and standards are met
• Drive accountability and a strong safety culture across all construction sites
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including design, estimating, and client service teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement in construction processes and delivery outcomes

Experience:

• Proven experience in a senior construction leadership role (e.g., Senior Supervisor, Area/Construction Manager)
• Experience overseeing multiple supervisors and high-volume residential builds for a volume builder
• Strong, stable employment background demonstrating career progression and leadership
