An well-renowned and expanding residential builder is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a team of 5-6 Supervisors across the Brisbane metro area.

The Role: Construction Manager
- Location: Brisbane metro area
- Reporting to: General Manager
- Team Oversight: Lead and support 5-6 Building Supervisors managing approx 70-80 residential builds per year
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent residential builds whilst overseeing site-based supervisors
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Supervisors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
- Monitor site performance across builds, ensuring budgets, timelines, and standards are met
- Drive accountability and a strong safety culture across all construction sites
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including design, estimating, and client service teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement in construction processes and delivery outcomes
Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior construction leadership role (e.g., Senior Supervisor, Area/Construction Manager)
- Experience overseeing multiple supervisors and high-volume residential builds for a volume builder
- Strong, stable employment background demonstrating career progression and leadership
Personal Attributes:
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Clear and confident communicator, able to build trust with clients, teams, and subcontractors
- Passionate about quality, safety, and delivering on time and budget
