As a Backend you will be part of the Data Reconciliations Team.

🟣 The skills you need

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer using Java & Python
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and advanced SQL
• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Familiarity with ETL processes or data pipeline development
• Experience using Git and working in agile environments
• Analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Adaptability to a constantly changing roadmap
• Autonomy in tasks executions
• Ability to communicate complicated technical problems to both technical and business audiences
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the payment industry
• Experience working in data-intensive environments or with data infrastructure
• Familiarity with Spark, DBT, or similar data frameworks
• Knowledge of Data Lakes and Data Warehouses
• Background in payments or fintech industries
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud environments (GCP or AWS)
