About You

You are an iOS Developer passionate about building robust, high-performance mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy clean and scalable code, and are motivated by solving complex technical challenges.

You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience as an iOS Developer.
• Experience with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Combine, applying industry best practices.
• Solid knowledge of SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and Mobile Software Architectures such as MVVM+Clean and Coordinators.
• Proven ability to refactor code efficiently and implement third-party frameworks in a decoupled way.
• Understanding of mobile security tools and security best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (nice to have).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and quickly adjust to a changing environment.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements and share knowledge within the team.
• English proficiency is a requirement, as you will work directly with US-based clients.

You Will Be Accountable for the Following Responsibilities:

• Build iOS applications from scratch, following best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application performance.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team standards.
• Stay up-to-date with new iOS frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
