  • Job Description

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy data-driven models that deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with solid software engineering experience, capable of building end-to-end machine learning solutions — from data extraction to production deployment.

You will collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure robust, scalable, and high-performance ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ML models to address diverse business needs.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines to manage data ingestion, transformation, and preparation for modeling.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and maintain production-ready ML models.
  • Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, identifying key impacted data elements.
  • Apply aLDM schema knowledge and perform source-to-target mapping for model inputs and outputs.
  • Execute data extraction, validation, and integration processes in Snowflake.
  • Use appropriate statistical and analytical methods to solve business challenges.
  • Monitor model and data performance; troubleshoot and improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and present data visualizations and dashboards for leadership and partner teams.
  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance across all stages of the ML lifecycle.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Machine Learning processes and production model deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and Java.
  • Expertise in Snowflake and data pipeline development.
  • Familiarity with the aLDM schema and data mapping concepts.
  • Strong SQL and working knowledge of NoSQL systems.
  • Solid understanding of data formats, structures, and transformations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of R (preferred) for modeling and statistical analysis.
