La modalidad de contratacion es contractor y el pago es en USD. Necesitamos que tengas disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Microcentro, Buenos Aires.


Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to lead our internal operations and staff. This role requires strong people management skills, project management experience, and the ability to interpret financial statements. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

· Lead and supervise staff, ensuring accountability and timely completion of tasks.

· Track employee performance, task progress, and time management (including punch-in/out compliance).

· Conduct quarterly performance reviews and enforce continuous improvement.

· Oversee HR functions including benefits administration, recruiting, and employee handbook updates.

· Maintain compliance with SEC, FINRA, and state regulations.

· Administer client billing and fee processes (calculation, collection, processing, tracking).

· Coordinate with accountants and verify accuracy of payroll and accounting reports.

· Interface with external vendors (e.g., accounting, payroll, benefits) and report discussions to the President/CEO.

· Support cyclical business operations (e.g., tax season, investment cycles).

· Collaborate with internal teams for onboarding and training.

· Review credit reports and background checks for hiring compliance.



Required Qualifications

· Minimum 4 years of experience in operations or administrative management.

· Proven experience in people management and team leadership.

· Strong project management skills.

· Ability to interpret financial statements and accounting reports.

· Familiarity with SEC compliance and financial services operations.

· Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and training plans.
