We are looking for a Lead Technical Support Engineer with expertise in macOS to oversee IT infrastructure support, lead troubleshooting of complex issues, and work closely with diverse teams to enhance system performance and operational workflows. Join us to lead initiatives in IT environment management and drive success across our technology landscape.

 

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve MacOS and related system problems to minimize downtime
  • Address complex hardware, software, and network issues promptly
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align IT solutions with business requirements
  • Design and uphold scalable IT infrastructure and system implementations
  • Automate recurring tasks to boost operational productivity
  • Create and maintain documentation for support processes and solutions
  • Monitor system health and enforce security measures to ensure availability
  • Offer technical advice and assistance to internal clients
  • Support the deployment and configuration of MacOS devices in the network
  • Keep abreast of MacOS updates and emerging technologies to optimize support
  • Collaborate with other IT departments for smooth service integration
  • Manage identity and access controls associated with MacOS environments
  • Coach and guide junior team members on MacOS support strategies

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in MacOS support and administration with over 5 years in technical roles
  • Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical challenges
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions
  • In-depth understanding of hardware, software, and networking principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above
