Are you ready to play a key role in driving strategic decision-making and ensuring the success of high-impact projects? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Portfolio & Project Manager within the CFO area. In this exciting role, you’ll provide operational and analytical support to portfolio management activities, helping steer the Sales Growth and Finance portfolios toward achieving their strategic priorities. From preparing decision board materials to coordinating project updates and contributing to cross-functional CFO initiatives, you’ll be at the center of driving progress, alignment, and transparency across our organization. The role also supports the Change Management initiative, in particular, the setup and coordination of training activities to build capabilities across the organization. A further responsibility is driving university collaboration as a service for the entire CFO area, supporting talent pipeline initiatives and engagement with academic partners.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

Prepare decision board materials to support strategic decision-making for the Sales Growth and Finance portfolios. Consolidate project updates to provide a clear overview of progress across initiatives. Track progress against strategic priorities to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide structured documentation and reporting to enhance transparency for stakeholders. Coordinate dependencies across initiatives to drive alignment and streamline execution.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PROJECT SUPPORT

Coordinate stakeholder meetings to facilitate collaboration and alignment on cross-functional CFO projects. Prepare structured agendas to ensure focused and productive discussions during meetings. Track and ensure follow-up on decisions, action items, and tasks to maintain project momentum. Support the implementation of project tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. Drive alignment across business, finance, and IT functions to ensure successful project delivery.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT & TRAINING COORDINATION

Support the setup and coordination of training activities for the strategic Change Management initiative. Assist in the design of communication and training materials to drive awareness and understanding of new processes and methodologies. Promote the adoption of change management practices across projects and the organization. Ensure alignment of training efforts with strategic goals and organizational priorities. Strengthen change management capabilities by embedding best practices into processes and initiatives.

UNIVERSITY COLLABORATION & TALENT PIPELINE

Coordinate student engagement activities to foster collaboration with university partners across the CFO area. Onboard new partner universities to expand and strengthen academic partnerships. Maintain alignment with internal Red Bull stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness in collaboration efforts. Assist in preparing events, workshops, and reports to showcase Red Bull as an attractive employer. Support initiatives to build a sustainable talent pipeline and connect with future top talent.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION

Serve as a coordination point for internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration across teams and functions. Support alignment across teams and functions by facilitating clear communication and cooperation. Prepare presentations and communication updates to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information. Create structured documentation to enhance transparency and track project progress effectively. Ensure consistent communication of project updates and milestones to maintain clarity and alignment.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT & KNOWLEDGE SHARING

Support the harmonization of processes to enhance consistency in portfolio and project management standards. Assist in streamlining documentation and reporting structures to improve clarity and efficiency. Encourage knowledge sharing within the team to foster collaboration and continuous learning. Identify opportunities for workflow and methodology improvements to optimize project delivery. Contribute to the development of best practices to elevate portfolio and project management quality.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 1–4 years of relevant professional experience (entry-level roles in project management, finance, sales or related fields).
  • Bachelor’s degree (or similar) with a strong focus on project management (within Finance is beneficial).
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, Workfront) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Interest in portfolio management, change management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High motivation to learn, adapt, and develop within an international and dynamic environment.
  • Basic Finance knowledge is a useful addition.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,303 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
