I’m working with a brilliant independent creative studio based in the Flemish region of Belgium, looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join their growing team.
You’ll be part of a small but ambitious studio where ideas come first and craft really matters. The projects are beautifully varied, one week you’ll be developing a bold identity for a tech scale-up, the next you’re evolving a well-known retail brand, designing across digital, print, packaging and spatial experiences.
Your role goes beyond visuals; it’s about shaping brands from the ground up. You’ll translate strategy into ideas that tell a story, build identities that stand out, and develop cohesive design systems that work seamlessly across every touchpoint.
You’ll use Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma daily, with a working knowledge of motion, 3D and AI tools to bring an extra layer of depth to your work. You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, contribute ideas across disciplines, and collaborate closely with strategists and creative directors who value curiosity, bold thinking, and attention to detail.
We’re looking for someone with around eight years’ experience in brand design, strong conceptual ability, and a love for design that goes beyond trends. You should be confident presenting ideas, open to feedback, and keen to push creative boundaries while keeping the brand’s purpose at the core.
