Job Description

• Support the sales team in creating quotes, contracts, and proposals.
• Verify customer invoices against recorded hours and project days of our employees and freelancers.
• Follow up on incoming invoices, timesheets, and other project-related documents.
• Create and manage actions in the ERP system (SX), ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Work closely with the CEO, project managers, and clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare billing, reports, and presentations for management.
• Continuously optimize sales support, billing, and verification processes.
  
  

Qualifications

• Commercial education or equivalent degree; experience in sales support, project controlling, or invoice verification is a plus.
• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
• Experience with timesheets, project billing or ERP systems (e.g., Boondmanager, SX) is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in French OR Dutch AND English
• Team-oriented, structured, and independent working style.
• Discreet and professional handling of management information.
