What you will do
- Lead complex, multi-year digital programs in close collaboration with strategic partners.
- Define program strategy, scope, and success metrics aligned with business and policy objectives.
- Coordinate multiple project streams (business, IT, compliance) and manage dependencies across teams.
- Oversee technical delivery of new modules, integrations, and data management solutions.
- Ensure effective governance through steering committees and PI planning cycles.
- Identify and manage program risks, timelines, and budgets (projects > €2M/year).
- Foster collaboration between business experts, IT architects, and implementation partners.
- Report program progress and results to senior leadership.
What you bring
- Master’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience managing large-scale digital transformation programs.
- Proven success in change management and stakeholder coordination at executive level.
- Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of business, application, and technical architecture.
- Track record in managing IT implementation partners and complex integrations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in Dutch or French, with good understanding of the other national language, and English.
