Your mission

As a collaborator working in the Voice of the Customer Team, you transform our client data into meaningful and actionable insights with a specific focus on understanding the customer behavior. This should support the strategic decision making for Customer Business Unit leaders.



Key responsibilities:

  • Identify the “Why” behind each business request.
  • Based on an initial workload assessment, deliver a realistic target plan to prioritize tasks for each sprint.
  • Determine the data needed to address the request from multiple data sources (internal and external) and implement the most appropriate statistical methods or data models.
  • If necessary, identify data gaps and initiate IT requests to complete the data model.
  • Perform the analysis (profiling/performance analysis, before/after analysis, dashboards, etc.) and present the results to internal stakeholders.
  • Complement the analysis with additional insights from other studies when relevant.
  • Design, build, and operate complex yet user-friendly and visual dashboards to enable business units to monitor and manage the execution of marketing plans and identify potential corrective actions.
  • Contribute to overall efficiency by developing data marts and procedures that automate the delivery of recurrent reports and analyses, from data extraction to visualization.
  • Help improve the quality and timeliness of data sources by communicating issues to data engineers and the data governance team, and monitoring progress.
  • Influence the data ingestion roadmap by exploring new data sources and addressing emerging business needs.
  • Extra-mile: Suggest new types of data analyses and visualization methods, and contribute to fostering data literacy within the company.


Your profile:

  • Diploma in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Econometrics; a background in Computer Science is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer analytics within a marketing context, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in data visualization and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Familiar with Data Warehouse principles and data modeling; experience with cloud solutions is advantageous.
  • Proficient in SQL, data analysis, and visualization tools such as Power BI and Python.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a self-learning and innovative mindset.
  • Resilient under stress and a true team player.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.
