In this key technical role, you’ll lead development of core Magento 2 applications and extensions for enterprise-level e-commerce systems, help define architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with top-tier engineers across the full stack.

You will:
- Lead the design and development of Magento 2 modules, extensions, and integrations for enterprise clients
- Collaborate closely with front-end, DevOps, and back-end developers to ensure smooth delivery and system coherence
- Conduct code reviews, mentor teammates, and set best practices for quality and scalability
- Drive architecture discussions and contribute to high-level technical decision-making
- Stay ahead of the curve with modern PHP and Magento ecosystem trends
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 PHP development
- Strong understanding of Magento 2 architecture and modern PHP ecosystem
- Experience with e-commerce architecture, module development, dependency injection, and API integration
- Familiarity with Symfony, Composer, Elasticsearch, Redis, or similar tools
- Prior experience on enterprise-scale e-commerce projects
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Proactive, innovation-driven approach and ability to make decisions independently
- Work on enterprise commerce systems powering global brands
