About The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team and help us transform raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions across the business. You will work closely with analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality dashboards, visualizations, and analytical support that shape strategic and operational decisions.

This role offers the opportunity to work with modern BI tools, influence data strategy, and support innovation in a growing fintech environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain engaging Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Translate business questions and requirements into data-driven solutions.
  • Work with data engineers to ensure quality, accuracy, and accessibility of data.
  • Provide insights and visual storytelling to support business decisions.
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve existing reporting solutions.
  • Champion data best practices around security, consistency, and usability.

What we're looking for

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or BI Analyst.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in translating business needs into insightful visualizations.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis principles and methods.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data querying.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science) or equivalent experience.

Bonus points for:

  • Power BI certifications.
  • Experience working in the financial services or fintech industry.
