IDR is an employee-owned software company on a mission to modernize and automate IT asset management. Our SaaS solution brings “all your IT together” by centralizing asset information, automating workflows, and connecting suppliers and related systems.

We’ve operated profitably since 2015 without outside capital and are growing at 30% annually. With no external stakeholders, we make all decisions together as a team. Our customer base and partnerships are strong in Finland, and we’re currently expanding across the Nordics and selected EMEA countries.

About the role

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to strengthen our development team with a Full Stack Developer who will play a key role in building and evolving our platform. You’ll work across the stack, with a focus on frontend development, and contribute to integrations, infrastructure, and core product features.

Ideally, you have experience with:

• Vue.js or similar modern frontend frameworks
• Python for backend development
• Working with MySQL
• Building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Cloud-native development, especially AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and S3
• Writing clean, maintainable and testable code together

And you:

• Are curious, proactive, and take ownership of your work
• Communicate well and enjoy working with others
• You are located in Finland and can work in both Finnish and English

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• IT asset management or enterprise SaaS platforms
• DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Security best practices in cloud environments
• Knowledge of ISO27001
• Designing user-friendly interfaces and UX thinking

• Contribute to our AWS-based serverless infrastructure
• Participate in planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement of our product
