Your tasks
- Act as a coach and sparring partner for our project and product teams.
- Identify obstacles that hinder flow and find ways to remove them permanently, because for you, Inspect & Adapt is not just a principle, but a mindset.
- Drive continuous improvement of our processes, structures, and interfaces using methods such as value stream mapping, OKRs, and Flight Levels.
- Provide clarity on impact and progress using tools like team health checks, retrospective insights, and OKR reviews.
- Support transformation processes at the team, department, and organizational level in close collaboration with HR and leadership.
- Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to bring agility, feedback culture, and our company principles to life.
- Be a sparring partner for leaders on topics such as self-management, team development, decision-making, or conflict management.
- Bring fresh perspectives and inspiration to help shape a value-driven, future-focused leadership culture.
Your skills
- You have several years of experience as an Agile Coach and/or Leadership Coach – ideally across both start-up environments and larger organizations.
- You bring in-depth knowledge of agile methods and frameworks, complemented by a solid understanding of systemic organizational development.
- You have profound experience in business agility and understand how agility extends beyond teams to entire value chains and organizational levels.
- You have successfully guided transformations and change processes, and you understand what it takes to make change truly sustainable.
- You use your facilitation and communication skills to create connection, direction, and energy in every setting.
- You work with empathy, transparency, and a high degree of self-reflection.
- You are passionate about topics such as new work, modern leadership, and continuous learning.
- English? No problem, you are fluent in both spoken and written English. German skills are a plus.
- You hold a degree in economics or technology, e.g. business administration, (business) information technology, or comparable qualification.
