About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our growing analytics team in Ireland. This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, marketing, product, and operations—to design predictive models, automate processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that contribute to strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Develop predictive and machine learning models to support key business objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to identify data opportunities and define analytical approaches.
- Visualize data findings through clear dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Perform A/B testing, statistical modeling, and trend analysis to validate hypotheses.
- Support automation and optimization of business processes using data science techniques.
- Communicate complex analytical results to non-technical audiences.
- Stay current with emerging data technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
- Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
