Senior Full Stack Developer

Our client is an international health services company leveraging advanced technology and data analytics to enhance care delivery and operational efficiency.

About the Position

We are looking for an accomplished senior Full Stack Developer to potentially head up a small, skilled team focused on building high-performance web applications and data visualisation tools. This role combines hands-on technical delivery with potential leadership responsibilities, guiding the team through design, development, and implementation across both front-end and back-end stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3–4 developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Design and deliver dynamic dashboards, reports, and web applications tailored to varied business audiences.
• Partner closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain performant APIs to enable seamless integration across systems.
• Create frameworks and tools to analyse complex datasets and surface insights that drive informed decision-making.
• Champion best practices in code quality, architecture, testing, and continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

Skills / Experience:

• 5+ years’ hands-on Python development experience.
• 5+ years building web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience leading small technical teams or key project initiatives.

Core Technologies:

• Required: Python, React, TypeScript, Node.js, UI Component Frameworks
• Preferred: SQL/NoSQL databases, FastAPI, Git, Docker, Linux, REST APIs, WebPack, Vite, Jest, Vitest, ESLint, Power BI

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or a related field.

Remuneration Package

Strong rate on offer depending on your skills and experience.
