Executive Assistant | Dublin | Up to €60,000 | Permanent
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Executive Assistant to join a prestigious global professional services firm in their Dublin office.
This is a high-responsibility role, supporting two senior consultants across all aspects of client management and project execution. Professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy are essential, as you will be working closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Extensive diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external clients
- Organising complex international travel and managing expenses
- Preparing high-quality documentation and reports to tight deadlines
- Maintaining internal systems and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
- Leading and supporting project management activities to ensure timely delivery, coordinating across teams and resources
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Executive Assistant with 5+ years of experience
- Ideally from executive search, private equity, consultancy, or another client-facing professional services environment
- Professional, confident, deadline-driven, and delivery-focused, with strong emotional intelligence and judgement
- Proactive, positive and flexible in approach
- A strong team player with excellent client-facing skills and attention to detail
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Adaptable and quick to learn internal systems and processes
Location & working model
The role is based in Dublin, with hybrid working available.
