The HR Specialist must speak Chinese & English fluently to be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
• Administer payroll with precision and timeliness, maintaining compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, legally compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day office operations, contributing to a productive and efficient workplace.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong grasp of HR operations and best practices.
• Solid understanding of Irish employment laws and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
