Operations & Supply Chain Project Manager - Cork
Our client is embarking on a major global transformation to drive operational excellence and streamline supply chain performance across all sites.
This role is ideal for a strong project leader with deep experience in supply chain transformation, ERP implementation, and cross-functional collaboration, capable of driving change across complex international operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate project workstreams covering operations, supply chain, and procurement functions.
- Drive the standardization and optimization of sourcing, purchasing, and materials management processes across multiple sites.
- Support the implementation and integration of the ERP system, ensuring alignment between business needs and system functionality.
- Collaborate with process owners, super users, and local teams to define and deliver effective end-to-end supply chain solutions.
- Act as a change champion, promoting adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
- Monitor project plans, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and manage communication across global regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years' experience in operations or supply chain project management within large or global organizations.
- Proven track record in ERP implementation and process harmonization.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and purchasing setup across multiple sites.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, change leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management certification desirable.
- Some travel is required
