IT Project Manager - Client Facing

We're partnering with a global technology organisation to hire a Client Facing Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI and data driven solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end to end delivery of AI & Data projects
• Act as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams

• * Translate business objectives into actionable technical plans and ensure successful implementation
  * Manage delivery using Agile methodology
  * Define project success metrics, track outcomes and ensure that tangible business value is achieved
  * Influence priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  * Identify opportunities within client organisations

About You:

• Proven experience managing technical projects in data analytics or AI
• Strong background in stakeholder and client engagement across technical and business domains

• Proficient with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence or MS Project
• Skilled in Agile, Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Self-starter who is organised, adaptable and comfortable leading in dynamic settings
• Prior experience in consulting/client facing role
• Familiarity with AI/Analytics projects
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile Scrum
