By centralizing communication, compliance, and documentation, our client empowers property owners and managers to work smarter and more transparently.

What will you do?

• Be the go-to person for Italian clients: onboarding, training and driving adoption during online meetings, as well as in-person visits at their offices.
• Build and optimize customer success processes for the French market.
• Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients get the most out of the platform.
• Gather feedback and work closely with product and leadership teams.
• Attend events to broaden the French network (no sales skills needed!)
