Business Analyst

Your role

Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our Finance team and drive innovation, efficiency, and business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our Business Controlling Team to analyze and control operational results
• Lead and support projects focused on process improvement and automation
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and support accounting activities
• Provide insights and solutions to management using advanced analytics tools
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers (also in English) to ensure excellence in KPIs
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and digital transformation
  
  

To succeed, you will need

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, IT, or Applied Mathematics
• Previous experience in accounting and financial reporting (Big 4 experience is a plus!)
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Project management and presentation skills
• Team player with a proactive, innovative attitude
• Attention to detail and good communication skills
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably BPCS/AS400 and SAP S/4HANA)
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI are a plus
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
