Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment? We’re looking for a passionate Business Analyst to join our Finance team and drive innovation, efficiency, and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with our Business Controlling Team to analyze and control operational results
- Lead and support projects focused on process improvement and automation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and support accounting activities
- Provide insights and solutions to management using advanced analytics tools
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers (also in English) to ensure excellence in KPIs
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and digital transformation
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, IT, or Applied Mathematics
- Previous experience in accounting and financial reporting (Big 4 experience is a plus!)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Project management and presentation skills
- Team player with a proactive, innovative attitude
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably BPCS/AS400 and SAP S/4HANA)
- Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI are a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
