An international, fast-growing iGaming company from Latvia that operates two licensed online casino brands in a strictly regulated market. One brand is already live, and the second will be launched soon.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Brand Manager to help develop and strengthen our online casino brands.
You’ll work closely with casino managers, marketing, and product teams to ensure all activities align with the brand’s tone, style, and strategy.
It’s a creative yet structured role that requires strong organizational skills, team coordination, and the ability to maintain consistent brand identity across all markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of the brand strategy and ensure its alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with casino managers and cross-functional teams to improve performance and engagement
- Review and approve visuals, campaigns, and creative materials to ensure brand consistency
- Coordinate with external media partners and influencers to enhance brand visibility
- Take part in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Monitor brand performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement
- Ensure high-quality brand communication across different markets
- 2–4 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the iGaming industry
- Based in Latvia
- Strong understanding of brand communication, visual identity, and player engagement
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or media partners
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English; Latvian or Russian is a plus
- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Ability to perform in a dynamic, international environment
