Lutine Bell are supporting a Financial Services client with an IT Audit Manager appointment in Luxembourg.
This role reports to the local CEO, Chair of the Audit Committee, and the Group Head of Internal Audit. It offers the chance to shape risk and control frameworks in a dynamic and international environment, post-acquisition growth.
Salary: €80,000 - €95,000 + €9,500 Car Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop audit plans and deliver risk-based audits
- Assess IT controls (general, applications, cybersecurity, data, cloud)
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Contribute to digital audit innovation (data analytics, automation)
Desired Experience:
- 4–8 years of IT Audit/Technology Risk experience
- Knowledge of wealth/life insurance markets
- Relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP, CRISC, etc.)
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus
