What you’ll do as a Senior Full Stack Developer at Billink

• Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs
• Work across both frontend (React, Vue, or similar) and backend (Node.js, Python, or PHP/Symphony)
• Integrate with external systems and partners (payment providers, identity services, fraud detection, and data platforms)
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and DevOps engineers to bring features from concept to production
• Contribute to architectural decisions, security, performance, and code quality
• Write automated tests and implement CI/CD pipelines
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and help define our technical standards
• Troubleshoot complex issues and continuously improve our systems and processes

What we expect from you

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (Node.js, PHP/Symphony, Python, or Java)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and modern web standards
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD principles
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• A proactive mindset, critical thinking, and passion for clean, maintainable code
• Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Ability to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Payment or FinTech systems
• Security and compliance frameworks (ISO27001, GDPR)
• Monitoring, logging, and performance optimization
• Event-driven architectures or microservices
