The Role - Product Development Traineeshi

pWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Development Trainee to join our Menswear & Kidswear team at Scotch & Soda

.This 12-month traineeship is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in product development while learning how fashion collections come to life - from first sketch to final product. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues across Design, Merchandising, and Buying, as well as suppliers, and see what it’s like to bring creative ideas into production

What You’ll

• DoSupport the Product Development team with day-to-day tasks and help keep things running smoothl
• y.Assist in creating and updating technical product packs (BOMs, proto comments, measurements) in our PLM syste
• m.Track development timelines and help follow up on samples and approval
• s.Communicate with suppliers alongside the team to clarify product details and check costs and qualit
• y.Learn how to spot potential production or quality issues early and escalate them for solution
• s.Build great working relationships with your colleagues and external partner
