As a Product Manager in the Calendar & Availability team, your primary goal will be to help over 50k hair and beauty salons on Treatwell, our partners, to manage their daily schedules and client appointments as effectively as possible. These partners use our Treatwell Connect software to run and grow their businesses, and the calendar is a critical business tool for them.
You define your and your product team's success by the growth of the number of bookings created by our partners, using the calendar capabilities to optimise their daily schedules. This role is central to the success of partners on our SaaS, with you translating partner scheduling needs and pain points into new product opportunities to test and implement.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Defining a clear product strategy and a partner-focused roadmap for the Calendar & Availability area.
- Driving the implementation of the Calendar & Availability roadmap, helping your team clearly understand the importance of their contributions and work through specific implementation challenges or technical constraints.
- Applying an iterative approach to deliver partner value early and often to test your hypotheses and inform your team's product roadmap.
- Working with UX research and design to bring the best partner-centric solutions to life.
- Continuously making and communicating product, priority and tradeoff decisions, ensuring that there is shared alignment about desired business impact and partner specific outcomes.
- Collaborating closely with your cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in the Product & Engineering, Sales and Product Support teams, to ensure alignment and manage dependencies.
- Using your ongoing learnings from product analytics, (prospective) partners, stakeholders, market and technology trends to proactively identify new product opportunities to test and validate.
- You have at least 3 years experience as a Product Manager, ideally with experience of managing SaaS products.
- Highly skilled in data analysis and comfortable translating data insights into actionable product opportunities and roadmap priorities.
- You have experience working on products with a healthy level of (technical) complexity, knowing how to best work through this complexity and ask the right questions.
- You are a strong communicator and relationship builder who brings cross-functional teams together to achieve business goals and partner outcomes.
- Experienced working in fast paced environments, knowing how to deliver business and customer value early and often.
