We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our innovative team to spearhead complex data science projects, ensuring smooth conception and deployment. The successful candidate will utilize their expert knowledge of Python and SQL, combined with proficiency in various data analytics packages, to deliver robust analytical solutions and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data science projects from conception to deployment
• Design and implement machine learning models using supervised and unsupervised techniques
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, primarily using Tableau
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Conduct quality assurance testing on new analytical tools and prototypes
• Mentor junior analysts and foster technical growth within the team
• Drive forward R&D initiatives to explore new methodologies in data analysis
• Manage timelines and risks to ensure prompt delivery of project outcomes
• Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant working experience in a data analytics role
• Expertise in Python and SQL
• Proficiency in using data analysis packages such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Plotly, and Matplotlib
• Familiarity with data ecosystem tools including Databricks and Hue
• Significant experience in leading and managing comprehensive data science projects
• Strong track record in designing and deploying machine learning models
• Proven ability to develop and maintain analytical solutions and interactive dashboards
• Advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written, B2+ level)
