PROSTAFF Schweiz is working with a large tech company to add new DevOps Engineers!

You may have already seen this advert. We are still looking for additional DevOps, Architects and IT Systems Engineers to work on long-term projects involving Cloud & Virtual Infrastructure, CI/CD principles and Containerisation (Kubernetes)

The Team has grown exponentially during the last five years, supporting large-scale projects across their secure IT Infrastructure and Cyber for their customer base.

You'll be performing in high-tech and newly purpose-built environment, working on some industry leading solutions - this is honestly techie's dream!

💼 DevOps Engineer

💰 Up to 100-150k

🏠 Hybrid - 2 days onsite

📍 Bern site - Thun, Switzerland

Tasks 🧑🏻 💻👩🏼 💻

💡 Automating development and operational processes, including scripting for applications, components, modules, and interfaces.

💡 Implementing container virtualisation and managing development, test, and production systems (including networks).

💡 Monitoring application availability, recoverability, performance, and resource consumption.

Experience 🧠

🎯 3+ years in a DevOps / System Engineering capacity

🎯 Scripting and CI/CD pipelines

🎯 Container (Kubernetes/Docker) and Virtualisation (VMware) technologies, as well as hyper-converged systems

🎯 Automation and experience with Ansible and/or Terraform

🎯 German Fluent and English (B2), French is desired.
