💼 Product Owner (Junior & Manager) – Remote / Switzerland Based

We are currently seeking motivated Product Owners (Junior & Manager) to join our growing digital and product development teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building impactful products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that business objectives align with user needs.
⚠️ Applicants must currently reside in Switzerland (citizens or valid residence/work permit holders). ❌ Applications from outside Switzerland will not be considered.📌 Responsibilities- Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and requirements
- Translate business goals into actionable product roadmaps
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful releases
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support agile ceremonies and ensure alignment across teams
- For Manager-level roles: mentor junior team members and lead product strategy initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager (for Junior)
- 3+ years of relevant experience for Manager-level applicants
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills
- Fluent in English (German or French is a plus)
- Currently residing in Switzerland with valid work authorization
- Fully remote and flexible working setup within Switzerland
