Deine Aufgaben
- Umfassende Unterstützung des HR Division Managers in operativen und strategischen HR-Themen
- Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Präsentationen und Reports
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Strategien und -Projekten
Dein Profil
- Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung im Personalwesen, Personalcontrolling
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Deutsch und Englisch sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
