Senior Game Developer (Unity)

You’ll collaborate with top-tier designers, artists, and tech teams to craft immersive mobile experiences that both look and feel incredible. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape the technical backbone of new projects, refine pipelines, and guide the next generation of developers as the studio continues to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain core gameplay systems and tools in Unity.
• Architect clean, scalable, and optimized systems for mobile games.
• Collaborate with artists and tech artists to bring visuals, animation, and VFX to life.
• Profile and optimize performance and memory (URP, batching, etc.).
• Develop internal tools and pipelines to speed up production.
• Troubleshoot performance and stability issues.
• Contribute to technical direction and studio-wide best practices.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of Unity experience with shipped mobile titles.
• Strong C# and gameplay programming skills.
• Deep understanding of optimization and mobile rendering pipelines (URP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, build automation, and version control systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for games that play as good as they look.
• Tech Stack: Unity (URP), C#, GitHub, Blender, Maya, and proprietary stylization tools.

Bonus Points

• Experience with multiplayer, roguelite, or arcade mechanics.
• Comfort with shaders, VFX Graph, or procedural workflows.
• Mentorship or team-lead experience.
