Role overview
Generate and convert investor demand for active projects on EleveX. This is a pure new-business role focused on outreach, calls, demos, and closing allocations.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective investors
- Run multi-channel outreach: calls, email, LinkedIn, events, referrals
- Book and lead discovery calls and investment walkthroughs
- Present project materials clearly and handle objections
- Coordinate with the EleveX team to move investors through KYC and funding
- Record activity and pipeline stages in the CRM and report weekly
- Hit monthly targets for allocations closed and capital raised
- Feed investor insights back to improve materials and process
Requirements
- Fluent English is required. Spanish is a strong plus
- 2+ years in sales with a closing target in real estate, private investments, or financial services
- Confident cold caller with excellent phone presence and written comms
- Strong qualification and objection-handling skills
- Organized operator who lives in the CRM and follows a repeatable process
- High integrity and strict respect for compliance and data privacy
- Availability to work EU business hours. Remote friendly
Nice to have
- Network of HNWIs, family offices, or fund managers
- Familiarity with alternative investments and digital onboarding flows
- Experience raising for real estate deals or private placements
Compensation
- Very high commission rate, above industry standard
- Uncapped earnings with accelerators for top performance
- Quarterly performance bonuses
- No base salary
Location
- Remote. Europe preferred
