Role Description

Questrive Tech is looking for a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team to work for European based project. This is a full-time, remote role where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, innovation, and creating user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Analyze complex problems and implement efficient, scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to ensure software reliability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve development processes.
• Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to deployment and maintenance.
• Ensure user-centric design by creating intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.

Must Requirements:

• Proficient with English speaking
• Only open to candidates based in European countries due to alignment with project working-hour time zones.

Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in creating, designing, and maintaining user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing websites and web applications.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Basic experience with modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript,).
• Bonus with hands-on experience with frameworks and libraries such as React, NextJS.
• Bonus with hands-on experience with serverless technology
• Basic understanding in cloud computing platforms, AWS.
• Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Adept at analyzing complex problems and implementing efficient, scalable solutions.
