You will work as part of a multinational group with true, large, enterprise-wide systems, complex architectures and real-life constraints (speed, performance, non-stop systems availability) and are going to be part of an agile team aimed at designing and implementing enterprise level solutions.

Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Group Data & AI Platform Engineer (m/f/d).
Your responsabilities
- Manage and Develop the Groups solution blueprint for a Group wide standardized Data & AI platform using:
- Azure Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)
- Azure Machine Learning
- Azure Data Factory for data orchestration
- Azure SQL and Data Lake Storage
- Support infrastructure automation with Terraform
- Optimize data pipeline patterns and model deployment workflows
- Contribute to MLOps practices using Azure DevOps
- Manage and actively run the solution blueprint release cycles
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure Data & AI solutions meet compliance, security, and performance standards
- Support local platform responsibles Group wide in managing the local instances.
Required skills
- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, data engineering, AI, or machine learning roles
- Strong hands-on experience in using cloud services, preferably in Azure Databricks and ideally also Azure AI services (e.g. Cognitive Services)
- Preferably knowledge of Power BI or another relevant BI Tool
- Experience with Cloud FinOps
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to realise complex ideas within an agile Teams setup
- Good communicative and interpersonal skills with the ability to address stakeholder requirements and turn them into solutions.
Desirable skills
- Experience working in or with fintech, insurance, or banking organizations.
