The Project Manager Omnichannel plays a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives that connect and optimize the company’s sales channels — online, telesales, and retail. Acting as the central link between business units, the role ensures that omnichannel projects receive the necessary attention, structure, and follow-through amid busy day-to-day operations. This person ensures that cross-channel initiatives progress effectively, stakeholders are aligned, and roadblocks are resolved — with the ultimate goal of delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Drive cross-channel projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment between Online, Telesales, and Retail teams and make sure sales targets are met
- Mix of driving / owning specific initiatives incl. sales targets (e.g. Refer & Reward program, Chat) and coordinating further initiatives (e.g. omnichannel ads, website improvements) by working closely with other team members
- Collaborate across teams (e.g. channel leads, product owners, analytics, customer care) to ensure initiatives are data-driven and support the overall commercial strategy
- Challenge siloed channel thinking by fostering collaboration, data sharing, and joint KPI targets across departments
- Ensure project visibility through structured tracking, reporting, and escalation of risks or roadblocks
- Prepare steering meetings, ensuring stakeholders are informed
- Support performance improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance customer journeys, conversion, and retention across channels
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and 4–5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in telecommunications or omnichannel project management
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities, proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Understanding of performance marketing and digital KPIs and good grasp of different sales channels (online, telesales, retail) and how they interconnect
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Self-driven and proactive, able to take ownership and drive initiatives independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge constructively and influence without authority
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a plus
